Divelbiss-Reel Family Papers
The collection contains genealogical research, correspondence, photographs, property records, and other materials related to the Divelbiss and Reel families. The materials follow the ancestry of Maude Divelbiss Reel and her husband, Blanchard Frank Reel. Many materials relate to family members who lived in Washington County, Arkansas, and particularly in Elkins, Arkansas.
Paul Epps Indenture
The collection consists of a 17th-century sheepskin indenture documenting the lease of land in Kent, England from Canterbury Cathedral to farmer Paul Epps, as well as a draft of a partial transcription of the indenture that was created by Ann Vizier in 1968.
Thomas Wright Frost Collection
The collection consists of papers relating to the Frost and Boone families of Tennessee and Arkansas, particularly property and financial records. Also included are records pertaining to estates administered by Thomas Wright Frost, and records relating to the Regular Baptist Church of Washington County, Arkansas.
David Gillespie Deed
Deed from David Gillespie of New York, NY, conveying to Israel Foote[?] of New York, NY, in consideration of $20.00, 160 acres of military bounty land in T8N, R8W, Arkansas Territory; executed at New York Aug. 16, 1823, and filed for record by Pulaski County, Ark. recorder Aug. 8, 1824.
James O. Graves Land Patent
General Land Office patent issued October 2, 1854 on assignment of title to 40 acres in T 17 N, R 4 E, in Michigan, located under bounty land warrant issued to veteran Isaac E. Bartlett.
Rauf Jackson Lease
Indenture executed in Middlesex County, England, February 22, 1525, by Rauf Jackson and Eustace Ripley, leasing to John Bek a tenancy in the parish of St. Clement Dane. Also includes a typed transcript.
Johnson Family Papers
The collection consists of materials pertaining to the Johnson family of Washington County, Arkansas, and to family homes (particularly the Johnson House in Johnson, Ark.) and a family business (the Johnson Mill), as well as to Johnson Baptist Church and to local politics and elections. Materials include photographs, business records, property records, autograph books, correspondence, and clippings.

Jewel Minnis Papers
The collection consists of the papers of Arkansas philanthropist and University of Arkansas alumna Jewel Minnis and the Minnis family. The bulk of the materials are financial, legal, and property records, including 19th-century Arkansas deeds. The last series of the collection consists of a biography of Jewel Minnis by Bill Sayger, as well as photographs and research materials he compiled for the project.

Walker Family Papers
The collection consists of correspondence, photographs, property records, newspaper clippings, and other materials pertaining to Judge David Walker and the Walker family. Included are materials related to the service of David Walker and other family members in the Confederate Army during the U. S. Civil War, as well as materials related to David Walker's judicial and legal career, and to Senator James David Walker's legal and political career.

Pre-emption certificate for 126.97 acres in T11S, R26W, Hempstead County, Arkansas made to James C. Reed on July 1, 1859; deed, dated January 17, 1874, conveying 165.32 acres in same township and range from Alexander Avery to Wilson P. Wallace in consideration of $550.
Harmon Wart Bounty Land Warrant
Military bounty land warrant number 23448, awarded to Harmon Wart for his service during the War of 1812. The warrant was for "160 acres being the north east quarter of section 18, township 6 north, range 9 west" in Arkansas Territory.
